weird neighbor clean-out glitch

I have a neighbor in particular though that doesn't appear on my origin chat friends list (that's where i have to do my deleting cause it doesn't work on my ipad) and doesn't show up on my friends list on my ipad either. The town shows up and I can click on it. Any ideas?
That happened to me too. However, all my fault. I kept thinking an I was a l or vise versa lol

I don't know why but I have people who added me and show up there but they are playing Simpsons. And also it shows people as not logging in for 3 weeks, and in some cases I know its not accurate cause I see they visited my town.
