Got a few Golden Scratchers to scratch, which was weird, but I scratched them, but after that the town was reset to level 30, while I was at 37 (about 4K from a full XP bar)!
I'm not a big donut buyer/spender, but this Halloween I splurged to get Kodos and Booberella, and now they are all gone together with the Halloween stuff! Needless to say, I'm pretty p-ssed off!
Now technical difficulties can happen, I'm aware of that (especially to the pointless us of "always online"...), but what irks me is that this problem is know for quite a while yet there is 0 reaction from EA!
Fix this, or I am really Tapped Out. Forever! :evil:
Im very angry and will file a claim with my credit card company if this isn't fixed soon!
If they don't fix this, then this will be the end of the simpsons game, all loyal customers will dissapear! EA, why are you guys not responding?! A simple 'we're working on it' will suffice!
Here is the link describing how to either get a game advisor to call you or have one instant message with you. Scroll down and you will see step by step how to do this. Make sure you pick the option to speak with a game advisor and not email them. It will take weeks for them to get back to you. #7 on the list tells you how to leave your phone number and/or instant message.

Sounds a bit vague "someone PM'ed me". Who did, somebody from EA? A friend? How does he know this? And it's not a solution, just a way to reach EA.
It's a widespread problem, many people suffer from this at the exact same moment, meaning a technical issue. I would wait for a reaction/fix from EA, instead of already tying up their resources by contacting them personally.

This is the 2nd time I've had something like this with Simpson and it's getting beyond a joke. My 1st town I got to level 16 but then there was some type of roll back and couldn't access it even though it's still there, I had to get a new email address as my main email is still in use with the 1st town, now this town has had a rollback. People will get fed up and leave the game if EA/Origin don't get their finger out and sort it !
Tried to use the Contact Us, but it only gives me the option of using Answer HQ or email.

I post on that forum all the time. Feel free to wait though. They encourage you to contact them. If bothered to follow the link, you would know that. If you want your town back follow EA's advice in the thread. I've only been posting here for awhile now. Not 3 times.
Well it would appear that ea has taken away the option to have them call you or to chat with a game advisor for this platform (tapped out).
^ to sedixon72, your right. I followed my own link and that option has been removed. Not sure when they removed it. :roll: So I guess you're stuck emailing ea. I'd post on Answer Headquarters too. There are a lot of people with the same issue.
