HELP ME! Dropped 12 levels!!!!!!!! Lost everything from the last 2-3 months!!!!!!!!

    37-34...I am bored at work so I play a lot. This is a real inconvenience. Hope it's fixed soon, I seriously doubt that I will go through those levels again.

    well it looks like we are 3 pages deep on this error and it has been reported in multiple posts and not even a response from EA yet. Hope I get my original town back or Im out too.

    EA really needs to fix this and restore those that have lost their premium characters , boobarella, marge witch, etc oh and the donuts too!!! I haven't lost mine.....yet....... But my daughter did, lots of donuts and premium stuff and al the Halloween stuff too! This needs to be fixed and quick!!!

    The same just happened to me. At 11.00 GMT the game worked fine, send my residents of Springfield on their 8 hour jobs, and logged back in at 21.00 GMT.

    Got a few Golden Scratchers to scratch, which was weird, but I scratched them, but after that the town was reset to level 30, while I was at 37 (about 4K from a full XP bar)!

    I'm not a big donut buyer/spender, but this Halloween I splurged to get Kodos and Booberella, and now they are all gone together with the Halloween stuff! Needless to say, I'm pretty p-ssed off!

    Now technical difficulties can happen, I'm aware of that (especially to the pointless us of "always online"...), but what irks me is that this problem is know for quite a while yet there is 0 reaction from EA!

    Fix this, or I am really Tapped Out. Forever! :evil:

    Another victim here. Just logged in to find myself 15 levels down, lost all halloween stuff and all my things bought with donuts (300+).
    Im very angry and will file a claim with my credit card company if this isn't fixed soon!

    If they don't fix this, then this will be the end of the simpsons game, all loyal customers will dissapear! EA, why are you guys not responding?! A simple 'we're working on it' will suffice!

    Help me, logged on this afternoon and dropped 12 levels!!!!!!!! Was on 36 and now 24! Lost everything from the last 2-3 months, Halloween and everything, I went on 4-5 times a day for that! How do i get it all back. Everything was fine this morning. I've spent endless hours making my Springfield, now it's gone. I can't start over again. PLEASE HELP! LOVE THIS GAME!!!!!!!!!

    Having the same problem. Logged in when I came home from work, and had gone from level ~35 to level 15. That's months of 'work' for nothing. This needs to be fixed ASAP!

    The same thing happened to me also, 4 hours ago i set everyone up with a job and when I went back to check the game, I had gone from level 33 to 13!!! ALL of the work and actual money I had put into this game over the past few months is GONE! What is happening and how is it going to be fixed?

    Someone pm'ed me about this thread and what to do. This is the answer I gave them. I am reposting it for the benefit of all. You really need to contact ea personally. Refer them to this thread when you do, along with the EA Answer Headquarters forum where the exact same issue is being reported.

    Here is the link describing how to either get a game advisor to call you or have one instant message with you. Scroll down and you will see step by step how to do this. Make sure you pick the option to speak with a game advisor and not email them. It will take weeks for them to get back to you. #7 on the list tells you how to leave your phone number and/or instant message.

    Looks like this is a widespread issue, as this has happened to me as well. Logged in this morning to my level 35 springfield being reverted back to level 10. I still had all the donuts and friends I had before, but lost all of my Halloween stuff and everything else I had acquired from levels 10-35. If EA doesn't fix this I'm definitely moving on from this game... what a waste ;\

    Same here. Not happy, fix it back please. Lost all the Halloween items I bought. If it doesn't get fixed, I will be hitting the delete button and never playing again.

    Add me to the hit list. Level 35 to level 20. Was fine when I logged in around 10 am est. But next time....ZAP. oh and I'm kinda addicted to golden scratch-r so by time I was done had 462 donuts lol.

    Sounds a bit vague "someone PM'ed me". Who did, somebody from EA? A friend? How does he know this? And it's not a solution, just a way to reach EA.

    It's a widespread problem, many people suffer from this at the exact same moment, meaning a technical issue. I would wait for a reaction/fix from EA, instead of already tying up their resources by contacting them personally.

    Same here. I went from level 35 to level 14 and lost at least 2 months of gameplay.

    Same here, this morning the game was fine put every one on 12 hr jobs logged in this evening and levelled up twice each time getting 2 doughnuts, had a scratch card and won the jackpot then realised half my town was missing!! All the Halloween stuff had gone, all the land I had purchased, characters I had bought with doughnuts.
    This is the 2nd time I've had something like this with Simpson and it's getting beyond a joke. My 1st town I got to level 16 but then there was some type of roll back and couldn't access it even though it's still there, I had to get a new email address as my main email is still in use with the 1st town, now this town has had a rollback. People will get fed up and leave the game if EA/Origin don't get their finger out and sort it !

    Same thing happened to me! Everything was normal at about 11AM today and when i logged back in around 3PM I had gone from level 37 down to level 35 but had lost months of progress including about $900,000, 160 donuts, other premium donut-purchased items, land expansions, characters, and all of the halloween items. FIX THIS PROBLEM EA, THIS KIND OF THING IS UNACCEPTABLE. It's already a joke how much we have to pay to get donuts in order to get the cool items in your game, we shouldn't have to deal with this big of a problem.

    I post on that forum all the time. Feel free to wait though. They encourage you to contact them. If bothered to follow the link, you would know that. If you want your town back follow EA's advice in the thread. I've only been posting here for awhile now. Not 3 times.

    Well it would appear that ea has taken away the option to have them call you or to chat with a game advisor for this platform (tapped out).

    ^ to sedixon72, your right. I followed my own link and that option has been removed. Not sure when they removed it. :roll: So I guess you're stuck emailing ea. I'd post on Answer Headquarters too. There are a lot of people with the same issue.

    Also a victim of the roll back... Leveled up to 28 last night... 16 today!!! I really hope they get this fixed... Months of work just gone.
