    I've posted an early post to this and emailed EA, I have had 2 replies, the second email is below

    Thank you for writing back to us.

    By going through your contact history I came to know that you are missing with some items in your game. Please do not worry I will tr my best to provide a resolution for you. Before that could you please share the following information with us.

    - Email address.
    - Origin ID is available
    - Mayhem ID.
    - Item(s) missing.
    - Cost of each item.

    I still haven't heard anything back after sending the information.

    Has anybody else had anymore help from them?

    Update: fully updated
    iPhone 4 + iPad 4
    3 months worth of progress, lost all of Halloween, all missions since middle of Krustyland, and most land. Bought all except around 20 pieces.

    Yes.

    -What device are you on?
    LG Optimus L9 (Android)

    -What did you lose?
    Rolled back from level 34 to level 27. All Treehouse of Horrors items/characters, a good chunk of money, completed Squidport, completed set of "Churchy Joes," Krustyland progress...pretty much everything I had completed between the levels. It is hard to remember it all since it is so much.

    -What is your Origin ID?

    I can no longer load a Springfield, it just goes to that Bart server error screen.

    Ok, a full week. I've posted all my info multiple times, I have a case number. I've gotten emails from EA with solutions to problems I never had but no answer for the rollback and losing Lord-only-knows how much stuff. And no further word on here from EA. ****????

    Did you update to the latest client? if you are talking about the thanksgiving update yes I did
    What device are you on? Iphone 4s
    What did you lose? I don't know since I cant get past the gracie screen

    I'm still waiting a week as well to get my progress back.

    I have an open case - but nobody has responded since early Sunday (with some **** about it being looked into) - after being told last Thursday 24-48 hours...

    Device: HTC one XL
    Lost Everything. Game starts from scratch, from the first animated movie with homer blowing up the plant. Doughnuts also lost.

    Funny thing is I tried to restart both phone and app a few times and doughnuts were still there. After about 5 tries doughnuts went to ZERO.

    What is your Origin ID? melanie_ca5?? Not sure I have never had to use so I never really looked at it much.

    I tried to play yesterday after doing an update but my game was logged out. I noticed it was asking if I wanted to play as a guest. I clicked login, but I guess what I was actually doing was creating a new account (not sure how that can happen since I used my same email and password as my account). Now it has me as melanie_ca627 and the world is back to the beginning. Yet I am still getting notifications from my other world that things and people are finishing their task I had set for them. Anything you can do?

    Not sure if same issue.
    Cannot get into game. Loads Grace Film/EA screen then closes app.

    Issue started Friday.
    Updated- both app and OS
    Device: iPad (mini) iOS7.0.4

    I have been able to access on a friends Galaxy III but cannot on my device.

    If I need to put this somewhere else, please let me know.

    When did the issue start? Tues 19th november

    Did you update to the latest client? When the Halloween event ended I updated

     What device are you on?  samsung galaxy s3

    What did you lose?  everything... I was level 21 or 22 and its crashed and started me off completely on level 1.... months of time and tasks have been lost.... was waiting for my corn act. Corn to harvest aswel which I have been waiting for for aages!!!

    What device are you on? iPhone 5, also tried iPad and kindle.
    What did you lose? Not sure if anything is lost, just crashes every time the game loads up within seconds of getting into my town.

    I am in the same boat man. This is getting a little ridiculous.

    What did you lose? from level 37 back to level 36, all progress since before Halloween is missing (some Krustyland items, all halloween items, lots of money)

    2. Yes, purchased the new parade balloons and the mayflower
    3. Samsung s3
    4. Everything, my whole springfield, level 37, and every single doughnut items I bought. spent 350$ on the game so far...

    Also happened to me.

    Uninstalled, Re installed, It told me to log into other devices, Did not have other device continued, SPRINGFIELDS BACK IN ACTION :mrgreen:

    it happened right after the haloween event just like everybody else.

    Please fix this soon. I hate not playing not knowing if any progress will be kept. I have spent to much time and money on this game.
