It's not anyone from the game. They just get a barrel when you send them on this task. Did Fat Tony fix the races yet?

I think you need at least one river square to interrogate a squealer. Not sure if that helps. Probably not if it isn't triggered.

I am confused and not sure which building you as trying to build. If it is the businessman social club. Mayor Qui by needs to be free. They will make fun of you. Have burns free also.
