    When did the issue start? Last week
    Did you update to the latest client? Yes.
    What device are you on? iPod 4 generation
    What did you lose? Everything, reset to level 1. (I was lvl 16).

    This issue start today 30th November, My phone crashed, reset and after I login to tapped out, the game started from level 1 again
    My client already updated to Thanksgiving event, and I already got a turkey, and "homer reset the time on his mypad 2nd time" (got 3 + 3 donuts)
    Device Samsung Galaxy 2
    I lose everything, rolled back to level 1. I played from Oct 12th and already level 35 with 90.000++ money, last quest is skiiiner pt1 (haven't buy the highschool yet), krusty land 25000++ tickets, only tooth chipper haven't gained.

    I uninstalled the game, and then reinstall again
    Then when I login, the game will notify that I already have a saved game on this device. Just press play now.

    To everyone who experience the same problem as me, you can try this way

    The rollback started yesterday evening at 9 PM (I'm in Vietnam so my time zone is GMT +7)
    The game reset me back at the first task when there is nothing and no one in Springfield except Homer. This means I lost everything.

    I don't remember my level but I've just finished Town Hall.

    I also have about 45 donuts.
    I started playing the game in Halloween patch, so I have most of public prizes and up to the spaceship with Mr. Alien for personal prizes.
    I updated the latest client already.

    My nickname is LucasTuti.

    And I'm using Kindle Fire HD7.

    I don't want to stop the game, so please fix my account quickly.

    After Reinstall the game and choose Play Now, everything is back to normal. Problem's solved!

    When did the issue start? 2 days ago - the app continually crashed back to desktop (so to speak) before reaching the title screen, so I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but now after logging into my Origin account, it says "Warning! Your other device didn't save your Springfield. Please sign into that device before playing." I don't have any "other" device.
    Did you update to the latest client? Right up until the game kept chain-crashing, yeah.
    What device are you on? Samsung Galaxy S4
    What did you lose? Assume I lost everything - level 33, 4 Squidport shops, mini-golf course, Skinner's house, military antique store, Halloween and Thanksgiving event extras...etc etc...

    Just tap play now. When I only have my game on just my iPad or iPhone, I sometimes get that error, even though I'm not using the other device. Make sure your logged in so that it doesn't have you playing anonymously.

    Who has been able to get their towns back? I have been emailing EA and just got a reply from them saying they cant find it and I am SOL. :x

    What did you lose? 2 Golden Scratch-R s (Received confirmation emails for 3 tickets but was only able to scratch 1, so essentially I was billed for 3)

    if it doesn't get fixed, I refuse to play this game. This is the third time I lost all my progress. if they can't get this * straight.. why even bother to play?

    I see most of these posts from November, but my game is suddenly rolled back to the very beginning nuclear plant explosion cut scene. I was previously fully updated after the thanksgiving, and also the episode tie in released earlier this week. I last played at 10am est today (dec 8 ), and now at 2 pm it seems everything is gone?? I am on an asus android tablet (jellybean) and my origin id is 2elitegeeks. Hoping the problem is a temporary and fixable problem???

    UPDATE: I fixed my problem by re- installing the game. My town was back and all was as it should be!

    Yes, I had the Christmas update from earlier this week and this morning when I connected there was another update

    What did you lose?
    My whole town! When I connected, it showed the Intro to the game and treated me like a new User at Level 1!!! I was at Level 30, had over 20K in money
