You sure you're not mistaking Mr Plow with the Plow King?

Well Homers Mr Plow is nothing in comparison to Barney's Plow King

Homer has a Tractor & Barney has a proper plow

Both were in a screen shot someone posted. Mine only has Plow King since I had Mr. Plow from last year.

Grumple is hasn't been shown for a wheel prize yet. I'm thinking it will be like Kang from Halloween, you get him after completing a quest. It may be the Ice Rink since that is where Homer fought him. The Ice Rink is the 4th or 5th prize. Not sure on how many gift cards you need (I'm nowhere close).

IIRC. Mr Plow was from a Jan 2013 update, along with the snowmen.

Sorry if this has already been discussed: Is there any way to obtain Santa's Village besides buying it with donuts? Before I buy it I want to make sure it isn't a wheel prize or anything. I haven't seen any threads saying it is.
