Glad I could shed some light on the situation for you.... Now if I could get some assistance...... Guess I'll play the waiting game.
Customer service sent me a link to troubleshoot my problem but if they would have read my email they would have seen that I already tried everything.
I need someone with the ability to get into my origin account to delete all my friend requests.
Very very frustrating
Tried to remove pending friends but unable because I have so many. Tried orgin on PC and says sorry we can't get ur request at this time try later.
Even tried deleting orgin on PC and re installing as per ea support. That did nothing for me.
It's looking more and more like I am not going to get all the Christmas content in time if the t don't find a fix in the next few days.
Can Anyone out here find a solution to be able to access pending friends and delete then please share.

Tried uninstalling and reinstalling, shutting my ipad on and off.
It began after the Christmas update

I e-mailed EA on 12/12/2013 and had a case number opened up. As of 12/13/2013 I let them know the information they requested and they responded back that my case has been "escalated to the Specialist team". So I'm sitting and waiting...
I hope they get it resolved sooner than later. This game is optimized to run on an iPhone 5. That is what I have. Also an iPad Air. I've never had a problem with Tapped Out since starting playing June 2013. Then all of a sudden this Christmas update hits and boom. Freeze all the time. Within 30 seconds of log-in. Now it just crashes instead of freezing. I have friends who play on the older iPad and haven't experienced these issues. So it may be the iPad Air itself? But why is it also happening on my iPhone 5? That which I've never had problems. I only have six friends associated with Tapped Out and no friend requests.
I hope to Hell they get this figured out soon. I've spent way too many Donuts on this Free game. And time is ticking away with the Holiday ending Jan.7, 2014. Of all the possible times something can go wrong; does go wrong.

As of 12/20/2013... Ben at EA was very helpful in trying to resolve my freezing issue with Tapped Out. The issue still happens. So I have stopped playing. I have deleted the App and I am done. I thanked Ben for his time and effort. Lesson learned is that the game will freeze and crash because of regular gameplay. Especially during the Christmas Update the amount of info within the game overloads itself... and poof. It freezes.
My suggestion is to quit the game and move on. Sad. Because it was such a good game to play. :thumbdown:
