It will appear when you win other items, probably you have many to get, like all the house lights. etc.
after you get to 30K gift cards, for every 1000 more you get a token. If you visit all 100 friends that is 3,000 gift cards meaning 3 spins. If you are exploiting the "send everyone" on a group task that is like 1500 more gift cards on if you do it on quest 18 you can do it continually every 8 hours meaning that you could in theory get 4500 more gift cards for a total of up to almost 7500 per day (plus you get presents dropped/use elves/etc)

Thanks for the info. That exploit seems pretty useful. I was doing that as much as possible with the other "group" tasks. This one seems a bit easier to utilize and much more effective.

Once you win a prize on the wheel, it's replaced by another prize, which can be a special item, gift cards, or 1000 money. If, for example, you didn't get the house Christmas lights last year and your wheel is packed with them, you probably just need to win a few prizes and it'll pop up eventually.
