Is EA the worst gaming company on the planet or what? This update erased my gf's Origins account completely. When she puts in her email address, it asks her to create a new account altogether.
And now I can't visit friends at all. The friends map shows up for a split second, blank, and then it goes to the stupid Bart can't connect page that everyone is beyond sick and tired of.
As soon as my Springfield gets erased, which I'm sure is inevitable, I'm done with EA games forever. Groening should be embarrassed to have allowed his artistic treasure to get into the hands of a company so grossly incompetent.
Awful programming, ridiculous IAP prices, and the worst customer service I've ever seen. Good job, EA. You suck.
Servers down again at the same time, the problem is EA does not want so spend $$$ for more servers that will acomodate peak usage. Very stupid because they have a popular game that will fail because they don't want to spend $$$ on more servers...
Did the update, then lost my springfield and am back to level 1!!!!

If you can log back in, it won't restore your work. I learned that the scary way.
At first Origin didn't know my id and now unable to login and play!

They wont listen. They only care about the fact we all wasted $1000s on donuts. They give us a fun expensive game, then f**k it up.
Then the game went back to level1, and I didn't get the login logo. So just like everyon else here, can't get to my town.
Reinstalled the app, now it simply crashes out during start up, doesn';t even get to the tutorial part anymore.
Many weeks lost, this really sucks
