Gift card award glitch

  Same problem here. The latest is that I logged in and it told Me that I had won everything with only 5000 gift cards. Nothing was in my inventory.
  
  Now I hit 6000 and I get nothing no elf house, no 1000 spin token. This is ****.

  Same problem here today. I was about to get Christmas Flanders and the program freaked out . Next thing I know I am awarded with the remainder inventory and a negative gift card balance. After logging out and back in, game is telling me that I should have everything in Christmas inventory. However game has stopped at Christmas raccoon. I have over 23000 gift cards and no Christmas Flanders.

  Same problem here too. Also, now when I visit neighbors there are NO tickets anywhere, it is impossible to earn more outside of your own game. Very disappointing.
