Spin Tokens are stuck on "Finished"

I have the same problem. I went to the next 1000 thinking that would possibly fix it...nothing. I emailed EA about it and was told to put the issue in the forum. I'm not holding my breath on this getting fixed

Somewhat same issue, collected my 1st 1k towards tokens while doing neighbours, returned to my town got quest complete sound then game crashed when I logged back in, no token and quest stuck on 1000/1000 done! Deleted game/reinstalled nothing. Hope somebody finds a fix or EA sorts it, very annoyed

I am having the same problem! In the task book, the quest for collecting gift cards says "1000/1000 done". I should have at least 5 free spin coins as of right now and so far I am not getting those. I see that there are many others who are having this problem as well. Any suggestions?

I have reviewed your mail and found that you are facing In Game problem. Iam sorry to say that we do not provide dedicated assistance for In Game issues , however, I can suggest you to post your query on the Simpsons Tapped Out game forum where you can get the fix because there are many players who posts their in game query over there and they also posts the resolution for many in game queries. So i hope you will get the fix from the forum,however, you need to wait till the resolution comes.

I tried logging in on my iPad to see if that would help, it did not. I tried taking away the Eggnog Bar, and putting it back out, nothing. I tried getting to the next 1000, nothing. I tried visiting people and coming back, nothing. I tried uninstalling, shutting down, and reinstalling, nothing. I'm firing up an Android phone to see if that helps. I'll get back to this forum if that works out....

Have this issue on both of my accounts. I received ONE token on each account and haven't received a single token since and my main games is owed quite a few. How is this not a support fix is beyond me. Uninstall, reinstalls do nothing and there's no magical button combo to fix anything with as server based game. It's starting to aggravate me.

Okay, I booted it up on the Android phone I have (I wiped it first so that there are as few complications as possible). And, this is the weirdest one yet, I signed in, and found a Springfield that I had never seen before. It was in my name and connected to all of my same friends I had always had, but was not MY Springfield. It had way less in it, in the way of buildings and such. I have no idea what happened there. I checked my iPhone and signed in there and it still had MY Springfield.

They just seem to be bizarre issues. I don't know what's going on, but I'll not be messing with Android anymore for fear of losing over a year's worth of play/work....

i have this issue to

stuck on 40 000 ticktets and a quest saying 1000/1000 tickets done

dont now if it still counts up till they fix it??

i can collect like 5 coins a day by collecting every day this stays makes the cristmass event a bugger:(

any help what i can do?

I am still having the same problem... I continue to collect gift cards without any gain in spin coins. I should have a total of 7or 8 spin coins that I was not awarded. At this point, I am no longer even concerned about being reimbursed for the coins that the game has not given me; but rather I would just love for EA to fix this problem so that I can continue to collect gift cards for spin coins in hopes of collecting all of the items available on the wheel. Please help fix this problem EA! The Christmas update isn't quite as fun without being able to work towards something. In fact, I haven't been playing as much because it is ruining this event for me, and I'm sure for everyone else who has presented with this problem as well.

I am also having the same problem. I don't know if I should wait to collect gift cards because it will be a waste of my time if I'm not reimbursed for the coins. I already have all the personal prizes but I'm losing about 5 coins per day. I wish we could get some direction as to how to continue in the game with these issues. Suggestions?

I just encountered this issue tonight, the game crashed right after I had reached my next 1000, while exiting a friends town. Once I was able to log back in I had become stuck on the 1000/1000 DONE! but no bonus spin. Im only at 33000.

I've got the same issue. I hope someone can find a fix soon. I'm not wasting my time if I'm not getting the spin tokens.

I agree. I didn't go to my friends towns because what's the point? Takes me an hour and I get nothing? I'm disappointed because my whole town is on the overeating quest. That's almost 1500 cards right there!!! I took a screen shot of my town at the card level when my game stopped giving out coins and sent it in my email. I hope that I'm reimbursed for my coins or ill be very disappointed. Especially if we don't get an update that will fix this until after the double bonus cards that is coming in the next few days. If I only get one coin per day and the wheel gives me more gift cards I'm gonna lose it. What are other people doing? Still collecting cards or taking a break till its fixed?

Well for good measure I tried all of the normal 'fixes' of uninstalling, restarting, reinstalling, etc. with no luck, just like everyone else. >.<

Had this problem nearly a week now with no fix, no doubt EA just wants us to buy donuts to replace our missing tokens :evil:

Alright EA, its day three and I am 15 spin coins short of where I should be. It would be greatly appreciated if something could be done in order to fix this problem. It really sucks that I can collect enough gift cards in a day to receive 5 spin coins daily. It is also unfortunate that I have to rely solely on the spin coin that the eggnog bar gives out every 24 hours. I would love if something could be done, because I feel like I am wasting my time still collecting from other towns. It is a shame that this has happened and nothing has been done to fix it. I have put lots of time and money into perfecting my town, so it is disappointing that I am no longer rewarded spin coins to try to win all of the prizes on the wheel. Please help EA!

I am also having this problem. I have a little over 44,000 gift cards and I am owed 8 tokens now. Just wanted to get all of the items off of the wheel(though most of the time I only get money) but I would still like to be able to collect the other items on the wheel.
