I've lost out on 25 spin tokens due to this glitch so far and counting. With only one gold token a day and as most of the wheel is full of cash and gift cards and the wheel is rigged to hardly ever land on anything useful, there is hardly any hope of me getting the 2 prizes I want before the event finishes.
I also complained to EA and they directed me here ie they can't be bothered to fix it. I was offered 10 donuts in compensation which is something. But this will only buy 1 spin token, I would need a lot more donuts to make up for what I've missed out on. I've also already spent 150 donuts on spin tokens trying to 'catch up' and just keep getting cash or gift cards that are useless to me (I'm an established player with $10million+ in game currency and the gift cards are useless anyway).
I'm starting to get seriously annoyed with this glitch. EA may soon be losing a paying, donut buying customer.
I'm just gonna clean my town from time to time and do long missions for everyone. Yeah, the in-game jokes are telling. I think if it were anything but Simpsons branded it would have died in a fire.

This is happening to me too. I came here for help and now I see there is zero help and that makes me sad. I won 4 tokens after hittin the 30,000. Now I'm stuck on done, I have 40,000 claus co and I have not gotten any new tokens. Now I feel like I'm forced to either buying tokens or waiting daily. And the stupid part is when I win cards on the wheel, WHAT A WASTE OF A SPIN! Maybe if I could WIN MORE TOKENS I would not care so much but that's not the case.
Come on Simpsons Team, fix this bug or assist us who aren't getting tokens.
AHHHHHHHHHhhhhhhh!!!! So it's been over a week since earned a spin coin other than at the egg nog bar. I too was promised 10 donuts but yet to see them. And now I spun the wheel and it landed on the snow monster and it gave me 1000 dollars!!!! Come EA!!! Give a girl a break!!!
I too still have issue. It gave me one token after we got all the items. I have missed out on at least 18 tokens:-( Was really hoping to get all the prizes.
I've also stuck. I have been for 3 days now and have missed out on at least 18 spins. The one coin a day I get from the Egg Nog Bar is no help. The last 2 days I have won 50 gift cards and since I'm stuck, it's a worthless and useless gift. Please fix this EA and reimburse us these missed spins. I am a new player and I will never consider spending real cash on any game where the bugs cannot be fixed.

So I guess they really don't care because my case is now closed. Real nice. No coins, no donuts and no snow monster that I landed on for me. I was going to buy donuts but I'm not going to now. Why? I emailed them back but I highly doubt they'll do anything. Easier to ignore and have the event finish then to fix it. Very disappointed

This is such ****, first I have had the issue with the coin counter showing complete for almost a couple of weeks. I have opened a ticket through EA only to be informed that they cannot contact the developers and that I need to post here and maybe a developer will see it. You have to be f'ing kidding me. I have lost by my count over 35 f'ing coins so far and have basically given up on this **** update.
I will continue to contact EA and open tickets daily. To get any real progress people need to contact the corporate headquarters and complain, Electronic Arts Inc, 209 Redwood Shores Pkwy, Redwood City, CA 94065.
If this game was cheap, then fine. But let's say you pay $20 bucks for 300 donuts. That means if you got the Christmas village you paid almost $14 for one little item in the game. So when things go wrong and there is no recourse or no way for them to make good on the issue you should be pissed.
You can contact me for a fix guys I can't ask for any specific info though except through PM because the Senior Mod doesn't realise I can fix it faster and better than EA could open the email and even get around to it before the event is over.
So, I sent a second letter to EA a week after the first one, I posted that one earlier in this thread.

I'd like to report cheating by EA, preventing us from being able to get certain items within reasonable difficulty without spending an inordinate amount of money on a chance to get it. That wheel stops just before, or just after, the items we want... the wheel is not fairly set up at all. You see, for a wheel of this type to actually behave in this manner, the items with the lesser chance to result should be on a much smaller sliver, or portion, of the wheel. To top that off, the "free" tokens many of us should be getting, we are not getting, forcing us to either spend more money or give up, or spend time in your game miserable. I've lost 24 spins so far personally, and BOUGHT 30+... tell me that is not stealing (cheating).
Also they send me responses in a language I do not understand, which I take as a personal insult due to the fact that they could absolutely see that I am writing to them in English.
I've been trying to get a straight answer on this for over a week. This treatment is unreasonable and unprofessional.
Yes, I believe this is the correct type of problem to report. I am being cheated and harassed by EA. I understand that you can not disclose to me the result of my complaint against this criminal, don't worry I'm sure someone with the ability to handle this situation will definitely see this letter.
