After posting earlier on in the thread I have just completed the wheel with 91,877 gift cards. Today has been my lucky day with the final 2 prizes plus it was using a coin out of a gift bag a neighbour left me! Thank you! :-D
i know these pictures have been posted but just bought 40 spins and this happen to me 3 times. its just not fair. im at 90K i just want to get this yeti and take a break.
I am at 62,500 gift cards with no yeti or claus co. This wheel is driving me to drink since my bf got them both within the first 10 spins :evil: The next time I get 1K cash, I may throw my phone and set the building on fire. :evil:
I was able to clear the wheel super fast, except for the Yeti. I hit a premium prize every spin till only the Yeti was left, now it's almost always cash with a few cards now and again. So frustrating!
Besides getting screwed 3 times over the yeti, and never even coming close to the ice figure, I have now got the glitch with the gift cards. I visit 100 friends, which takes about an hour and a half, and they mean NOTHING now, because says my 1,000 coin is DONE!!!!
All these ppl bragging they have ALL the itmes, and essentially everyone who is complaining, tough luck, shame on you for being jerks. :evil:
I tried the two o'clock thing twice, but it didn't work. I wasn't sure if I should spin the wheel clockwise or counter clockwise, so I tried both and it still didn't work. I had two spins left and I took a break from the wheel. I went back to it a few minutes later and finally...... my luck changed!!! After what seemed like ages and ages of getting crummy prizes on the wheel. I finally got Claus Co!!

Just got a we are working on it response from EA, and 15 doughnuts for the inconvenience. I suggest taking a screen shot and submitting a help ticket through support so they figure something out before the event ends. While I appreciate the doughnuts I'd so rather have my yeti. Just saying.
Submitted a ticket WITH SCREEN SHOT of the wheel clearly on Healter Shelter where the prize I got was just cash, and "customer service" told me to come back here. When I have already posted it all here. Nice policy, EA!
Maybe it depends on the customer service agent, because I've read here 10 douughnuts yet they gave me 15 and others being given the run around. I understand if there wasn't a screenshot maybe. Maybe they base it off whether you've spent money on the game? I doubt it, but I know I drop 10-20 or so a month on average and mentioned it in my complaint. I'd hate to think customer service on a freemium was based on that though.
I'm getting frustrated as well. Have spent loads of real life money on this game, only to be cheated by that stupid wheel. I have three items left: Clausco, snow monster and the shelter. After days and days of spinning I finally got the snowcat. I'm beginning to think I won't clear the stupid thing.
If it shows up again in a future event, I will sit that event out. The stupid wheel is that frustrating! It's ridiculous someone was clearly brain damaged when they came up with it.
In my second town I don't buy donuts and it's smaller, so I get one spin token a day. Last week the dreaded cash showed up the first time and since then, NOTHING BUT CASH!!!!!!!!
I am working on posting the pictures, I am currently on my iPad. But twice I have had the arrow point at a premium item and been been rewarded the lesser prize next to it and I was able to snap a picture.
