server unavailable for last 36 hours

I'm having the same issue. Haven't seen any official news on this yet.

    I have had no problem either last night or this morning. One problem that causes instability, disconnects and the inability to connect is too many pending friends requests. You may want to use a PC or MAC and download the app on Origin website. Delete (or accept if under 100) any pending friends request

    I'm on an iPad Air. Not exactly a Mac but an Apple of course. Have no issues with any other apps and can connect to Origin website. Might try removing the app and reinstalling but not sure if I lose any data by doing so.

    Actually the data is stored on the server. You can remove and reinstall the app safety, many have reported that it worked for various problems.

    This is happening for me on all devices - both iOS and Android. I have no pending requests, 6 down 1 up wifi, and I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling.

    I haven't had a decent connection to EA servers since the Christmas update.

    I can't stay logged in for more than a few seconds unless I log on first thing in the morning. It's been like this for the entire Xmas update- I am so fed up!!

    I cant even login as of earlier today have sent a request to ea to fix it via the help site
