    My character finder quit working before Christmas. I've been following the discussions on this, tried everything and still no worky. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, logged in on my wifes iPhone, tried it on my iPad and Kindle tablet. Still no worky. HELP!

    Krustyland has stopped loading completely. I used to be able to reload the game after the first crash and hit the shuttle right away. Annoying having to load the game twice every time I wanted to get to Krustyland, but got the job done. Since the end of the XMas event, my krustyland will not load at all. I have 3 characters trapped there and a building waiting to be finished. Also Sideshow Bob has NEVER showed up in my Krustyland, and if he has I did not see/tap him. So this is not the issue. FIX PLZ

    I'm having the same issue. It's been about a week, if not more, since I've been able to log in.

    Every time I've tried to log into the game tonight it says that my other device didn't save my Springfield and that I should sign into that device before playing. I have never played this game on another device. I sign in and it gives me the same message again after I press continue. It's stuck in a infinite loop and won't let me play my game. I have tried to logout and log back in and I get the Warning message to go back to my other device.]

    I'm having the same issue as well. I don't play on any other device.

    Hi there I emailed ea with my issue that 125 donuts have wrongfully been taken they told me I would get my issue solved by here
    I played with Santa coins and on 7 attempts it landed on the yeti but it jumped to the next gift either 50 gift cards or 1000 dollars this is unacceptable to happen I'm playing this game over 2years now and never experienced such a bad flaw with the game as far as I'm concerned the game had some internal issues and I look for my 125 donuts it took on me back as to the game was fix that I would not get the prize why would it land on the yeti and jump on to another prize??? What's with the lack of response?
    What's with the unprofessional service from EA? What's with the no reply get my issue sorted ASAP. I'm sick of waiting. I put over 2 years of effort in to my game play and you have no respect? Get your act together and sort this out?

    Just installed the app today, after a few hours of opening, playing and closing, I tried to open it to play it and it was just a black screen and would go no further. This is also after restarting my phone. Restarting my phone actually made it worse. Uninstalled the game from my phone and then re-downloaded it, so far so good.

    I currently have an issue with krustyland in my game. After adding the shuttle and going to krustyland, both check points for part 1 are checked but it does not advance to part 2. Both homer and krusty also remain in Springfield and won't travel to krustyland to begin part 2. So basically I can do nothing with krustyland and it remains empty. :cry:


    Yes i have the same problem, and posted about it 4-5 days ago, but suport haven t done anything(

    It is incredibly frustrating that EA's customer support directs you here where your issues sits for days and weeks, with no corrects or fixes in sight. It would be nice to have a moderator atleast acknowledge the issues posted here so you know they are being worked on or looked into.

    Welcome to the club, you're approx 6,745,896 person this has happened to. The wheel was badly flawed and ripped almost everybody off. I have screengrabs of the 13 times it ripped me off with the yeti, claus co and mr plow numerous times yet EA won't do anything about it. Why has it took you almost 2 weeks after the end of the event to mention it?? :shock:

    Just built my krustyland and got there a couple times, then started experiencing a game crash when accessing KL. moved my KL shuttle, works fine now. Try it.

    Crashes at title screen every single time - since a day or so after the update that removed snow/xmas. Have not been able to get in since then, have not seen Level 38. Have spent real money on this product and the customer service has been disappointing. I created a ticket with EA a while ago but today they closed it (though I still can't get in), sending me to this forum to post my info:

    Has anyone else gotten a similar response?
    Has anyone had their crashing games fixed, at all???

    Does this mean that the game devs/studio is actually reading this forum and fixing Springfields one by one, based on that thread?

    My game started crashing just now on my iPhone5. I get the Gracie screen, the welcome back tap to continue screen... Then boom, it just bails. Tried logging out and back in again. No help.

    UPDATE: still no access to my Springfield. Unable to play.

    Game keeps crashing! Says to log in to device that saved it? Been a few days now. Happened after an update.

    Guys I have no faith in ea they are a joke they have no customer relations what so ever they are stupid and they have the same attitude as a robot but different 11 different ea game advisors to just 3 different email and some repeat what the other said. With this sort of carry on you will become the worlds worst company and I will be thinking twice before I use or play and products using your bad brand name. Your company has no right to keep me waiting this length of time. Yous at ea don't know your jobs when all you keep saying 1 week now it's 4weeks later and still nothing but continuously close my case yesterday you tell me 1more week. That can't be at this stage I don't think I'll ever go back to play the game after all I played tapped out for over 2years. And the poor idiots that I email don't know what to do or say but try to keep me happy by telling me their game experts are handling it. Not so much experts leaving me 4weeks later and still no answer?

    Frustrated. Finally got to the Krustyland Quest. And then place the shuttle go to krustyland and the task won't complete!

    After the last update i signed into my other account sorace92 and it got rolled back to like a lower level town wit none of the premium stuff i have bought!! It's almost as if it switched my town for someone else's. My friends haven't changed but the town is totally wrong!

    i have not been able to get into my simpsons since the update on the 14th, i am very sad. i opened a ticket i got a reply saying that is had been escalated and over the weekend i got another saying they were working on it. based on the comments i see this seems to be widespread, i am quite frustrated that i am missing out. i just wish i could get a real solution.

    I am unable to login to my account, I keep getting origin network cannot be accessed message, was playing fine at about 7pm Uk time but now is not working.
