I just checked mine. The update worked. I had picked up 4 party buses the first time they were available. Yesterday I did not have an option to pick up any more. Now I can.
Maybe you didn't get the update or you need to restart your device.

I downloaded the update and logged in and the the party bus wasn't available so I restarted my phone and now it is available.

I don't understand why i need to restart my device every time there is an update but whatever.

Stupid question time......so if you already have the party bus does that mean it is not available to buy again?

I'm not majorly worried as i bought quite a few of those buses the 1st time they came out but just wondering why i cant buy them this time round.

Yesterday you couldn't buy any more. After the update today, you can buy as many as you want. 50 donuts apiece.

Before the HOTFIX today you couldn't purchase any more than one. But after this little update you can buy more of them. If you had maybe one from last time, you can now buy more if you want.

I had to do a force close on the app and now it there

strange tho cos i closed down the app to get the update to work and then had to force close it again to be able to get the bus

The game caches data on your device so it can load back up quicker. So since it's an-app update it, the game calls the old cache files (that don't show the update) so that's why you have to force close the application for In-App updates so it will clear the game cache.

Ever noticed if you login on Wi-Fi, then log in on cellular like an hour later that it doesn't load? It cached the data from the Wi-Fi session and trying to open your game, but since it has a different internet connection it has trouble. So when you force-close the application, you can log back in easily in this scenario as well.
