Level 37 must have had something. We alsways got something new but I'm sure there is a quest involved.
It did, but it's Kirk and the Unemployment office. So since the OP is likely not on the level 37 quests, nothing "unlocked" with the level. Kirk unlocks when his quest is triggered, the Unemployment office triggers at the end of the quest line.

Southern Cracker fountain / golden calf / fleet-a-pita
2 of those are locked.... Golden calf is locked until you reach that point in the quest line, the fleet-a-pita is permanently locked unless Luanne is purchased. Maybe they updated the fountain to be locked unless you have the factory, not sure as I bought the factory pretty quickly.

Okay, so 1 thing is unlocked with the level, and it's premium. So to the OP - doesn't seem like anything "new" really unlocked, unless you are buying a Cracker fountain.
