Can't Play

Same problem here I've tried through various wi-fi's and LTE as well as redownloaded the app that allows me to play for about 30 seconds then right back to synchronizing and unable to connect to server

Ditto here. I planted roses once, started Homer's quests and visited a few friends. Have not been able to get in since. This is my first Vday in the game and I'm missing it. =/

Yeah, I deleted the app, was able to play a few minutes, but it crashed and is back to synchronizing.

Mine has been doing the same thing since yesterday afternoon. I have only been playing since December and this is very frustrating because I am missing the event!

I just tried removing and reinstalling the game also. I got the same result as everyone else-about 30 seconds of play then it crashed. Please fix this!!

Same here, I even turned my tablet off for the night, deleted the game and reinstalled and I keep getting to the game and poof retry it is getting aggravating because you can't do anything

Yes, this is getting very frustrating. I've done the delete and re-install but that doesn't work. I was able to plant and harvest roses once and now I can't get back in at all. I've only been having trouble for 16 hours, so not a full day yet. I hope none of my friends delete me thinking that I'm no longer playing.

Same here. Uninstall, reinstall. I managed to get in for less than a minute, crashed, and still i can't get in to play.

Having the same issue. The only thing that works is reinstalling the game, but I have to reinstall the game every time I want to play, and sometimes it STILL kicks me out.

I've had the same problem as the rest of everyone else here.

I'ts been really hit and miss for me - most of the times ive tried to get on the last 3 days, its been no connection.

I also can't play. It does not want to log in it just says synchronizing then it gives me the option to retry. It started to happen after I did the Valentine update.

Yes I am having the same problem on my ipad and iphone. It gets a bit better on my kid's kindle but I don't want to really use that. I log on and get the loading screen for a very long time and then get the retry button. Sometimes it lets me in but once i start visiting friends it kicks me out and I have to log on again. Its a cycle and it doesn't seem to be getting resolved. It seemed better last night but now is starting again. Also I'm a bit irritated because I spent donuts speeding up the first 24 hour task and then wasnt able to log in to the game or on the board. I know its just a game but please try to remedy EA because I'm just starting not to enjoy this app as much as I used to.

Having the same issues. Have been playing this game for a while and seem to have issues whenever there's a holiday special. Usually fixed quick but it's been about 12 hours since mine crashed and still not working. Since reading this I am not deleting and reloading as it doesn't seem to help. I miss my Simpsons!!! Please fix this issue!
