Who else has the "Synchronizing" bug?

Yes. Had it for the second day in a row so I uninstalled/re-installed. Was able to log in again - YAY - for about 2 minutes. Then the game crashed, and I can't get in.

Pretty bummed out. I didn't finish the Xmas wheel with over 150,000 cards. Coupled with this super buggy update, I'm feeling pretty disenchanted with the game.

    Yeah. I can often get back in by rebooting, but sometimes I have to wait a few hours. It's kind of a pain, especially since tending the farm is the only way to get rose bushes. I need moar rose bushes.

    I have uninstalled my wife's account 5 times finally it seems stable. Maybe not tapping the valentine first is working (or it a placebo)

    It's been two days for me I have uninstalled/reinstalled 4 times and rebooted nothing works I get about 45 seconds I have no other device so I have no solutions I sent the old help e-mail to EA here's hoping any suggestions and I will give it a try

    I've had, or am having every issue described in previous posts. This game has wasted about all the time and money it will. Even during the brief time it was working I was unimpressed by the v-day update. :|

    Uninstalled reinstalled 4 times now. Can stay connected for about 1 minute. Then crash. Its been like this for a full day. I have one rose bush and no idea what is going on in the valentine's game as I prefer to let it be a surprise ingame... the surprise for my first Vday with Simpsons is that I'm going to miss it i guess.

    Add me to the list. I haven't been able to get into my game since the update yesterday. I hope my neighbors understand many are having issues with this latest update.

    Me too. Last night the game crashs while visiting my neighbours. :evil:
    So i think, i will play it today. The result is... endless synchronisation. And then the Bart Screen. :?
    I have deleted the game and reinstall twice times. The effect is, that i could login for a few seconds until lost connection.
    This update is a real bug. First the massive problems by updating the game. Lost level 38. Reinstall the game. Level 38 was finally back. But have to do all tasks from lv 38.
    Spend a lot of money in this game. :evil:

    I got in for a whole five minutes and then is crashed. I have redone task starts like 3 times now. Hopefully dome of it saved.

    I have a "synchronizing" bug. After the Gracie Films splash screen but before the account login screen, the words "Synchronizing" will appear to the right of the spinning donut and it will lag on indefinitely or show the Bart screen. The bug usually occurs after exiting the app improperly such as being abruptly disconnected by the server. The only solution to the "Synchronizing" bug appears to log on from another device and play for a while and then log back in the first device.

    Does anyone have this problem?
    Yes, I do the same thing -- just log on from another device.

    Uninstalling/re-installing a bunch is risky -- eventually you'll forget to check that confirm donut spend box.

    This whole update has been a buggy nightmare...supposed to be fun, but spending most of my time trying to log in, getting locked n blocked, unloading/reloading...ugh. I just want to play darn it. So frustrating.

    Yeah, you guys uninstalling/re-installing over endless "synchronizing" should install BlueStacks on your PC. It's faster and better than reinstalling the game, even though the experience on BlueStacks is pretty miserable.

    BlueStacks is useful for fixing problems every once in a while like when one of my accounts was crashing nonstop from having too many presents on my phone during the Christmas event. Also, this recent bug.

    I wouldn't have figured out that this bug was a bug on my phone and not just another widespread server error without the help of BlueStacks.
