The train is 2.25% and the pond is 0.75%. I only need the fence now and I really like the fountains

Birdbath-It's one of those event decorations you can place practically anywhere like the Wishing Well.

Flower cart-Like all the other carts, it fits in multiple places. I have one right outside Howard's Flowers. If I get more I'll put one on the boardwalk and probably by the hospital.

Balloons, definitely. Can't stand the train - was hoping they wouldn't bring it back this year.

Fences, Gazebo, Bench, Balloons. In that order!

I wish instead of just the Choo Choo engine they would've also included some passenger cars. That would've made a fantastic addition to the new Sir Putt A Lot's Fun Zone I've got planned...
