  Cute idea, but most of the time people's accounts are already linked to their credit card or some other type of payment. So even if you did log in to their account and buy donuts for them, you would also need to change their payment information to yours. Or else you end up using their money to get them a gift. You would be better off buying an iTunes gift card or Google Play gift card (or whatever you use for your device) that they can then use to purchase the donuts.

  Your own iTunes account is connected to your own device not your games. So, if you use your device to enter their town and purchase doughnuts it will be charged to your account. That's how it works with iTunes, not sure about the Google Play Store.

  Your own iTunes account is connected to your own device not your games. So, if you use your device to enter their town and purchase doughnuts it will be charged to your account. That's how it works with iTunes, not sure about the Google Play Store.

  
  Same with Google Play Store. I've broken into my son's town on several occasions, leaving him stuff using my device, which auto-magically charges my account. (Mayflower, film set, Duff party bus, and by the end of this weekend he'll be wondering why a guy who looks a lot like Abe Lincoln is wandering through his Springfield wearing a Hawaiian shirt.).
