I've now spent the next week trying to get these stupid balloons.
Last item I need. What should my starting item be? I've tried everything. Only item left holding me back from the love canal.
There is no trick. Just visit your neighbors, give and receive cards, spin. If you didn't get everything on the wheel by now, get more neighbors. Its not rigged, there is no special place to start.

Yessum, same as I. But this wheel is absolutely easier than Christmas. Still, there isn't a way to spin. It is just as much chance as anything, except prizes don't get replaced with cash or cards.
Just spin, enjoy, and if a person doesn't get everything, I'm sure one can always write to EA and complain. Seems to be the answer to not getting what we want these days.
