itunes

ITunes charged me tax on donuts. Is this normal, because amazon never does

    The laws on taxes from websites has to do with whether or not there is a "brick and mortar" presence in your state. Apple has a presence in your state (such as an Apple store) but Amazon does not (like a distribution warehouse).

    You make no sense. You'll get charged tax no matter how you try to buy donuts in this game.
