I'd rather have 9 birdbaths than the 12 fountains I have. At least I;d use most of those - backyards of houses, in parks... they're so much more useful than the pink water eyesores.
I just wish we could swap the. I have 12 birdbaths, 14 sets of fences, 12 lamposts and 16 benches
in my 2nd SF I have 15 gazebos 12 fountains, 11 balloons and 9 flower stalls - all the other stuff I have is at acceptable levels...
Started 1 week ago with the V-day update and have cleared the wheel with no doughnuts spent (Hooray) I have won 2 balloons, 2 ponds, 2 trains, 2 lamp post, 4 Bird Baths, 5 Benches, flower carts, fountains, and 8 fence pieces.
Just a wild guess, but I think they restrict reselling this stuff because people complain when they accidentally sell limited stuff and can't buy it back. Ea can't please everyone. Stick with the game long enough and you'll want your limited stuff back. I could have had like 50 of everything from last year but I sent all my hearts through the grinder for a measly 75k in game cash.
You can sell the limited premium decorations. You just can't sell the non-premium ones. People who pay for stuff might be upset if they accidentally sold a limited decoration, but they'd be even more upset if it was one they paid real money for.

It's doubtful EA is doing this to protect you.
Me too!!!
