Did you click on the My profile link (right under the sites banner) go there and check your settings there is a setting not to send you emails for PM's if it is checked maybe uncheck it and recheck it and see if it works.
I've never gotten emails..it would be super handy, too
It's listed as an option to opt in or out, I've always had the radial set as opt in. So really confused as to why I don't receive them? I've opened a ticket with EA, who are supposed to get back in touch with me in the next 24hrs, they've only got 6 hrs before that deadline passes. Will be interesting to know what to do if I don't hear from them
Had a reply from EA, yeah I know, shock, horror they did get back to me, asked if could login to origin via the web, and then pointed me to a thread that states someone thinks that email responses are disabled..... So not sure what that means, have replied asking for further clarification.....

Oh, it probably means the option is disabled forum-wide. So even if you choose it, it still won't happen. It must cause problems when it's turned on, I guess.

I get emails when people send me private messages i just have the option on in my settings they usually went to junk mail but i created a rule in my mail program that anything with the sender [email protected] gets dropped into my Main mailbox not spam folder,

Had another reply from EA really helpful... Not! Told me to contact a forum moderator to get them to help any ideas MWDalton? If you can't help I'm going to insist on it being escalated, because other members are receiving emails. Heigh ho

Yeah, I can confirm that emails are coming through for some people- I had to disable the option for everything except PMs, because I was getting 20+ emails a day about forum responses! Good luck getting this resolved!
Nope, no idea. Let me know if you work it out, I'd love to at least get emails for PM's. (I'd probably get inundated with emails, otherwise, with all the threads I pipe up in )
Latest email, tells me to go back to a Moderator, I'm fuming :evil: :hunf: Sorry Mr D but may try a Senior Mod, just in case they have more controls than you do, which I doubt!
EDIT: Thought there was a Senior Moderator listed, seems I was mistaken. I'm at a loss, I appear to be a victim of EA's legendary 'lack of' customer support :x :thumbdown:
