I'd be interested to know too.

I think stacking is referring to the fact that you used to be able to 'stack' your actions in a friend's town. For example if you tapped a building in a friend's town, but they didn't clear it, you could still tap it again in twenty four hours time and the action would just 'stack'; you'd still get the reward for doing it.

Of course I could be completely wrong!

It was either a glitch or an easter egg (no-one can agree which it was) that allowed you to make a squidport tile, a crop on your farm or a programme on your Chanel 6 and when it was finished and was ready to collect, you could leave the icon for the tile/crop etc floating above your SP/farm and when neighbours visited, they could tap the tile/crop etc and you could end up with a stack of handshakes which meant that when you 'collected' the handshakes, you'd get a tile/crop payout etc for each handshake.

It meant you could build a tonne of SP tiles in a relatively short space of time, but the stacking facility appears to have been stopped since the valentines day update hit.

We used to be able to stack handshakes on the following items:
    - Squidport tile
    - Farm
    - Channel 6
    - Stage

This meant that when my tile was done all my friends could tap that tile. (They didn't, but my family did) I would then see a number of stacked handshakes on the the tile. Kind of like when you see stacked thumbs up's when you send several characters to the same building. For each handshake I would get a new tile, money and XP. If you always leave the last handshake you can keep harvesting new tiles from that one tile you build when friends visit and tap the tile. Very handy because building tiles takes a long time and costs a lot of money.

Same goes for the other mentioned items.
Edit: man! I type way to slow....

stacking never worked for my farm or channel 6 but did on my squidport, however the change is that before valentines people could keep tapping it, now it only allows to do so after 2d (building time of a tile) which only saves me 10k ingame money :(
