I'm usually maxed out on friends, but, i have a few who haven't played in weeks that I am looking to replace. Have room for about 8-10 new people. Prefer daily players, but at least 3-4 times a week is okay. Don't really care about rank, just visit regularly and keep your town tappable for friends points, etc.
I also just got rid of 10-12 people from my list because they either didnt visit for a week or more and just never have anything to click on.
