Episode tie-in update for tomorrow ?

No there wasn't. "Yellow Subterfuge" was the week before Xmas, and "Married to the Blob" was a couple of days after Xmas finished in January.

No. The Christmas event officially ended on January 14th. The "Married to the Blob" event was January 8th.

I was thinking this early into an event, level updates yeah but an episode tie-in, I wouldn't thought so. Maybe I'll be wrong, who knows what ea'll do.

Level updates - sure. Tie-ins? There's been 1 (out of 7 Events & 7 mid-Event updates), and that was back at Whacking Day.

Halloween 2012 - Level 22 (at start, alongside Event release)
Christmas 2012 - Level 24 (at start, alongside Event release)
Valentines 2013 - Level 26 (halfway through event, i.e. 2 weeks in)
Whacking Day - Level 28 (1 week into event), "Whiskey Business" (3 weeks into event), Level 29 (4 weeks into event - this update also extended Event by 1 week)
Halloween 2013 - Level 36 (3 weeks into event)
Christmas 2013 - none
Valentines 2014 - none

I doubt there'll be one 'til next week. Usually EA leave a 2 week period to enjoy an event release/level update, and then release more content.
