    A Summary? Okay...

    *Transforms into The Incredible Hulk*

    "WHERE HULKS FABREGE EGG?"

*Rampages through the town, bopping bunnies on the head for three weeks.*

"STILL NO EGG? HULK SMASH PUNY DEVELOPERS!!!"

*Wanders off in search EA headquarters*

But seriously... Deciding at first to grind it out and not spend donuts on eggs.
Discovering that grinding won't get enough "spins" to unlock everything in time.
Reluctantly buying eggs and getting all the blue and pink box prizes.
More grinding, a lot more grinding.
Taking solace that the quest line is helping. Quest line ends. D'oh!
Can't find the fabrege egg or get any more baskets.
Annoyed that character tasks and egg generators give a poor return for the length of time that passes.
Spending more $ on eggs, I mean donuts. 70 dollars later, finally Shary, but still no fab egg
    0.07% chance?! Seriously game?
Grind grind grind, still no egg.
Writing out colorful messages to EA with all those fences I've "won."
Grind grind grind, still no egg.
    Repeat for three weeks.
Why am I still playing this game?

I want to tear my eyes out and juggle with them while screaming like a mad woman....all I wanted out of this event were the lizards which I got earlier on, Blocko Store which I got, and Father Sean....Father Sean being one of the easiest characters to get....what do I get Hugs Bunny and now Sherry Bobbins...were estimating it should be another 8 or 9 boxes and it will be guaranteed father Sean... but that will mean I will have spent 30 dollars on this game...im burnt out on not being able to play and visit my friends and the constant crashes....but I will suck it up and buy that 10 dollar google play card on a chance I will get the one character that should have been first....other than that I love this event!!!!

What sums up this event for me?

Whining. Entitlement. Greed. Any number of horrible traits that most would be embarrassed to have ascribed to themselves.

I come on here to find out new stuff about the game. Since this event it's been a selfish tirade of complaints and whining clogging up the boards. Many of you should be utterly ashamed.

It sums up in the message EA is trying to leave out from now on : 'If you dont give me money, there is no way you would be able to complete events' .. with an evil laugh at the end

Bad news. We're just getting started. Feel free to give up. We'll take it from here. :)

    Total failure.
I played everyday and I only got 3 big prizes (Father Sean, Banana Dictatorship and Blocko Store), which aren't even that big of a deal. I'm even 2 fences short of getting the 15 donuts bonus.

Seriously. The main thing I came away with is that there's a LOT of empathy pouring out of this forum.

Every time I saw another troubled-sounding thread title, I cringed before opening it. Because before this event, it would have been the norm for a complaint to be met with an immediate series of retorts, mockery, etc. With a few supportive responses scattered here and there. And it was sort of easy to predict some of the authors in each camp.

This event blew that out of the water. Support and empathy became the norm, and from some very unexpected places.

In the half year I've been here, this forum has never been more united. :)

Really? I see this more now then before... Too many people complaining about complainers IMO...

What sums it up for me is there was a thread recently that said "if you don't like complaints don't read this" or something of that sort and still their was a bunch of hate posts...

People complain about complainers having a sense of entitlement for wanting the game to give them stuff... But at the same time the haters have the mentality "how dare people complain and clog up MY forum!! RAAWRR! *insert Mpwarner's avatar here*"

Don't get me wrong, I've been on that side before and have gotten annoyed with too much complaints... But lately the complaint complainers are making me shake my head...

Sometimes the mature thing to do is nothing at all... Instead of taking the time to read a complaint thread knowing its a complaint thread and then posting "stop complaining" (but in a much more demeaning way) just don't post anything... Don't even read it...

    Anywho...

    I am disappointed.

I've spent quite a bit of money on this game. I have no problem buying donuts. I used the rest of my donuts on hand to buy gold eggs, and got blue eggs and more gates. I would buy more but I don't want any more ponds, gates and egg piles in return for actual money.

Now, I have all that crap stuck in my inventory because I can't even sell/dump it. I don't have room for it in my Springfield.

I don't have the Egg Council guy, Father Sean, Hugs or Shari. That kind of sucks.

EA exec 1: Who would have thought that our Whacking Day Easter event would turn out to be our best event ever?

EA exec 2: Yeah, best ever!

EA exec 3: Are you two bonkers? We've lost so many players...not to mention all the negative online reaction.

Exec 2: But it's exactly what you wanted in an event: the donut purchases more than made up for the wrong pricing of Maude last month, players will be relieved when the next event has normal odds, and we made so much money.

Exec 3: [pause] You know, you're right. This truly was the best event ever. Now let us never speak of it again.

That even the Gold Box sucked. Would it have been so hard for the gate to count towards the fence goal?

The only prizes I'm missing is Sharri Bobbins, Father Sean, and Chirpy Boy & Bart Jr. I'm happy with the prizes I got but at the same time, it does tick me off a great deal when I have one spin left with a gold box and I get 250 BLUE eggs. Im sorry but BLUE AND PINK eggs SHOULD NOT be prizes in the GOLD box!!!!! That makes me angry and that is why I never wasted any money on gold eggs.

What sums up this event for me? It was okay. There were things I hated about it but I love my Blocko store. Really glad I'm not a completionist.
