I had two full days that I was unable to play (very unusual for me), and I think I'm at 34. So, I don't think that I'll be able to get the coveted donuts tonight.
I'm at 47 right now after opening a bunch of boxes. I won't be able to accumulate enough eggs to open another unless this event goes beyond the end time. That makes me angry beyond words. Stuck with 47 fences I don't want/need and nothing to show for it.
I'm currently at a combined 84 fences (Easter and pastel). I'm pretty sure I'll get more with my remaining eggs, since all I ever get is more * fences.
Nope. Ended at 48 fences. Dropped pink eggs in baskets to get blue eggs. Opened a box to get gold eggs. Had enough gold eggs to open a box and get 250 blue eggs.
With my final box I was hoping to get the 3 fences I needed. Instead, I got 300 gold eggs (giving me 600 total). Opened a Gold box and got 2 fences. Finished with a total of 49 fences. Worse possible outcome. I don't get the "prize" for sucking.
48 fences. I don't have enough eggs for more boxes and my eggs from my baskets disappeared and no one has dropped any since. I'm out of neighbors to visit and I don't want to spend donuts to get more eggs and end up with nothing to show for it. I guess I am done with this event.

Nope, only got 36 fences... Not much chance of getting 14 more before this is over.
I didn't do too bad in the event though, having got all 3 buildings and Hugs Bunny. Still keeping my fingers crossed that in these last few hours I might be lucky enough to get Chirpy Boy/Bart Jr., Father Sean or Sherry Bobbins, but I'm not holding my breath.

Blue basket added 400, making total of 1000 blue.
