The update is really laaaaaaaaaaaaggy! It's even more laggy in Friends' Town!!!
When I collect something from Friends' Town, it crashes... **** is this a rollback or something? The previous update is fine!!
I'm not playing anymore until they fix the lag issue. I did not have a problem before the update. Now, I get booted off when visiting friends and the lag makes it unplayable.
Samsung Galaxy Tablet Pro and Samsung SIII Game refuses to load doughnuts starts to spin and then game crashes just like it did after the snow removal update for me back at Christmas.

So much lag and crashing, I am trying to visit neighbors. Tried earlier, thought it was because my husband and son were both running Netflix. Obviously not the issue at this point.
Also noticed getting less money per tap in neighbor's towns... Why?
The problem is that they turned off occlusion on this update: before only buildings and characters that occupy your screen are stored in memory and rendered; all other items will stream in when necessary.
When they mastered the build, all objects in our springfields are loaded and rendered. The more objects you have (and we all have a crapload thanks to the useless Easter things we can't sell), the slower your game.
You can test this by storing stuff into your inventory, it'll eventually get faster.
After 12+ hrs now, my Springfield is much less laggy. Though I still have to scroll slowly, I can send all my peeps on jobs without crashing.
I was able to collect from all my friends, but I noticed those friends with huge "House Farms" were exremely laggy. Also, some friends besides house farms were laggier than others.
I hope EA fixes this with a FP update or something, cuz as it stands..it's really bad!

Honestly, with the game in this state, it's pretty much unplayable. I hope a quick fix is coming soon, because I don't want to have to un-decorate just to play...
If you're still having problems, I suggest you file a Ticket with EA. Granted, it might not do much, but your user account will be noted as having a problem.
Also, when you file don't * them out. They will disregard your email. How do I know this? I worked for AOL In the Tech Support and Online Chat Support. If folks were hostile, we ignored most of their posts, and dismissed their emails, as we wanted to help the folks who weren't being abusive to us.
Filing a ticket will at least add another account to the roster of people having problems.
Just sitting on here and complaining does nothing!

After I told them i had tried the troubleshooting steps, (logging out and back in, trying to log in on another device and reinstalling the app on both devices) They gave me a link to a form to fill in which apparently goes to the developers.
I suggest you do the same. It only takes a few minutes but should actually get reviewed and hopefully fixed by someone.
The issue seems related to my level 40 account only (other accounts - including my wifes levell 40, can login and run fine)
In theory the more people that elevate this the quicker we'll see a fix.

Severe lag when doing anything, cannot play the game it is so bad.
Every third time it crashes before it's even begun.
My game has been unable to log me in for 12 hours now- what a joke!
Can't get into the game as it crashes when I tap to log in - tried everything including a full reinstall
