Can a EA manager make a special topic to explain what's they're doing in order to fix these issues ?

I agree, even a "we know and we are working on it". Unless I am missing something they have been silent on the issue. But I am trying to be patient since this is the first issue I have had in the 2 plus years I have been playing....except for losing that damn little hamster even after I had completed the tasks...but we won't go there....
