I don't know if it has been mentioned, but if you buy Brandine and put her on the "Birth another Spuckler" task that is 90 days. She gives birth to another character! It is a child, and it doesn't do tasks, but will collect money for you.

She's gonna give birth to 3 children  (90days x3)

Yea, she gives birth to 3 taskless children characters. Birthday, Whitney & Dubya. They each take 90 days to complete.

@Deadshot_DCU, I have to agree with you mostly, especially while The Simpsons Tapped Out nothing more than a cow clicker is and not a game. Though this term cow clicker too is getting vaguer and vaguer when comparing this with actual paid games like "Plants vs. Zombies" or "RYSE: Son of Rome" where "micro-transactions" are also 'available'.

Where I have to disagree is with certain premium items, like Barney, Jimbo and Frink just to name a few. They are major characters and were probably free at a certain point back when the game launched. Though I would love to get my hands on some of these items, though because I only recently found out that this 'game' exists I should pay donuts? That is where I have to disagree, even with *ALL* of the *FREE* items...

Barney was free back in the Holiday 2012 event where you could buy him with event currency (Santa Coins). After the event, he became a premium character.

Jimbo & Frink have always been premium.

I think he actually was free in the very beginning. I remember having him before holiday event and unless he cost 10 donuts he had to be free.

I've been here since the very beginning of the game and trust me. Professor Frink & the Lab have always been premium. Never have they been available for free. Same with Jimbo, who since his release in October 2013 has never once been free. Always premium.

I think the issue most people have is that EA have done what they can to make getting free donuts ney on impossible.

It's almost ney on impossible to get a 5 star rating in the game without premium content.

I remember back when level 32 and whatnot were the max level. A friend of mine was hitting the cap like once a week and getting 3 donuts a time.

Now, I have almost all of the premium items to get extra XP from jobs (including the whale) and it still takes me the better part of a month to hit the level cap now in order to get the Donuts again.

EA Have geared the game towards you *HAVING* to buy donuts as opposed to them just being an option. Which even when it was more fair and just an option, they certainly weren't losing any money off the game for damned sure.

It's very possible to get a 5 star rating as a Freemium player. It will however require buying multiples of houses, gulp n blows & Kwik-e-marts. But it is possible.

Also you can still advance very easily and get donuts through bonus levels. Just remember, the higher your level the higher the xp bar is. That's how it is with xp points in general (not just this game). If you have a lot of in-game cash that your sitting on, you can buy weather stations & re-sell them back. They give out lots of xp. Or even better, the Bloobmobile they just introduced is even better. It gives the same results, but in shorter times since you won't need to buy so many weather stations.

EA also keeps introducing new ways to earn donuts & I'm sure they will continue to do so. When you max out at Friend Points, there's a chance you can find donuts while tapping in your friends towns.

Macaroni's Shed is a limited time premium item from the "The Badge of Cowardge" Episode tie-in

It should be still available for the time being

Don't remember listing the items I'd like to get (that I wasn't in time to receive/buy) so here they are. Sorry if I repeat myself:

    cool brown house
    Mayan god and calendar
    Supper Collider/black hole

Was lucky to be around for the falls, one of my favorites.
I HATE CRAFTING. CRAFTING? Bah! Humbug!
