I've never taken a photo, but if you look at other threads, you'll see others reporting finding donuts as well. I've finished my list for today, but will take a photo and post at the next opportunity.

Hah. I heard all the kerfuffle about the limit so only just visited my neighbours since the event started and my first hit gave me a donut with the emblems. So that's a bit weird.

The other side of the coin is that if you continue to visit your friends they get emblems when clearing the security cameras from their towns and vice versa for yourself, so it is worth visiting all friends for "the greater good" ;)

As for donuts i got two yesterday while visiting, that was after all the 60 emblems.

No Jim i didnt take any pics! :P

I visit every one of my neighbors at the same time taking up a hour or less of my day, I am already in the process of removing those who dont visit or only tap on the lodge and nothing else not coming back so pretty soon I'll have some openings in my friends list.

I've never received a donut after getting my emblems. Nor during the Easter event for that matter.

Did you collect the maximum number of friend points already? You won't find donuts if you are still collecting FP. Additionally, the donut feature didn't work during Easter, since we collected eggs for each tap.

I've only found donuts after collecting my daily limit of emblems, but other posters have reported finding donuts at the same time as emblems. Either way, the donuts are out there. I seem to find donuts more often than my friend who usually doesn't visit his neighbors as regularly as I do. Maybe that has something to do with it?

Apparently the word Friends means you must help me but I won't help you.

I'm deleting everyone who only lodge clicks or doesn't visit because they have their 60 emblems for the day.

To me a friend is someone you help out by clicking to not just help yourself but to help them. I had 6 friends visit yesterday and now 5 today and I even added new friends and still only had the faithful long time daily visitors visit me.

I don't have any friends left to visit until the time resets in 2 hrs :(

Would it be worth while making a Selfish Friend list to post lol

I try to visit everyone every day
Real Life sometimes gets in the way so i think its kinda nice that they have it set up this way so i can at least make time to do the 60 taps to keep on pace for my prizes.
I try to visit every neighbor every day anyways even if it is not in an event as i like free donuts.

Does any one know if you have to have leveled up on FP to get donuts, or it's just for the event?

Your FP point system has to be completed before winning donuts start again, if you still collecting the FP's then you wont get any donuts, well thats what happened for me anyway

This. My neighbor visits are more for them than myself and I keep on visiting after even 0 emblems.

The amount of emblems earned in this event from neighbor visits are negligible vs. the amount you attain from them visiting you. If you want your neighbors to visit you, you must return the favor.

In the past few days, I've seen many postings complaining about the 60 emblem limit while tapping in their neighbor's towns. Apparently these people do not realize that once they have collected their daily limit on emblems, they have the chance to find donuts. The people who stop visiting once they collect their 60 emblems are missing out on this opportunity.

Personally, I am glad there is a 60 emblem limit, because I found two donuts yesterday and one today. I've found as many as five in one day (I have a full neighbor list), so I feel it's certainly worth the time it takes to go through my entire neighbor list, each day. When the Stonecutter event started, I was worried this donut feature would disappear, as it did during Easter. I appreciate that this event was designed differently.
I regularly (a couple every other day, or so) got donuts during Easter. This didn't ameliorate my dissatisfaction with the event, however.

Edit: The same is true for this event (re: getting donuts but not the dissatisfaction, 'cause I'm loving the Stonecutters event), so far. Of course, I began both events with maxed-out FP's.

Edit 2: FWIW, I remember reading somewhere I thought reliable (don't remember exactly where) that you must have maxed-out your FP's to start once again getting donuts while visiting friends. This matches my experience and makes sense - EA usually only gives donut opportunities after reaching a maximum level, whether in levels, an event, or in this case, a feature. As I said, FWIW.

    ^^This

The only real way to get emblems from neighbors is for your neighbors to visit you, not you visiting your neighbors. I am visiting all of my neighbors each night for two reasons, 1) is to be a good neighbor and make sure they get emblems, and 2) is for the hope that they reciprocate the visit

And by the way, I have yet to see a donut while visiting so far in this event.

Do you auto-collect when you visit friends? I do, and so often I only realize that I've gotten a donut because I've decided to dither in a friend's town (to see what they've done with the daycare center, say) and I hear Homer's dialogue, "Hmmm. Premium currency."

Edit: I guess I mean to say I usually don't wait for the pop-up screen telling me I've gotten 25 XP and done all I can for X friend today. I just tap my three choices and arrow on to the next neighbor since it is faster — auto-collect works the same either way — and you can receive donuts without realizing it this way.

I dont auto collect, i just tap the buildings and then move on straight away and still manage to get the odd donut here n there :) not everyday tho. When i do see the donut appear i do tap that just to make sure i do get it
