try to store it (if possible), force close, reboot phone or reinstall app.

In the bugs and issues section, there's a thread by NICKBO1 about this happening to him. Have a look. In his case it resolved, but see what he wrote about it. Title has the word Parchment in it. Its from this morning ... Hope it helps!

Edit: that guy in the bugs and issues thread HD the same negative donuts problem as you)

Once I went to check to see if more neighbors where ready to spy on it came up there and once I went back to my town it was working. Closed app went back and looks like its fine now.

Thanks for the tip Jesfer72, those steps definitely did the trick for me too - looks like checking on your neighbor's town forces it to re-sync your own town, and the whole problem with the parchment and negative donut count went away!

The same thing is happening to me. I can't get another prize because it still says I just won the parchment and I have enough for the second.

I tried storing it and putting it back in the town but the problem is still ongoing.

I had the very same problem. Storing it or rebooting did not solved the issue, but visiting the friends reset to the normal status. Thanks Jesfer72
