Put Burns' Manor in storage and place it back out. He should appear right next to it.

My Smithers is gone. On the list at the city hall, it just says "ERROR" next to his name.

Someone help!

Store Burns manor and put it back out to retrieve Smithers.

Keep him away from jobs at the power plant to avoid losing him again.
