Okay, I just culled 5 or 6 inactive Neighbors...

Okay, I just counted. It was four inactives, so I'm at 96. Still can't add anyone. Maybe it takes awhile for everything to catch up.

Normally, when I delete neighbors, I can add new ones right away.

You may want to report it in bugs and issues.

This may be a silly question, but have you tried rebooting your device?

If you have pending requests, you won't be able to send new invites until you clear some of them.

Alternately, you can run the Origin PC client to send invites, clear pending requests, and accept requests that the game won't allow you to accept. For sending invites, however, you'll only be able to send requests to users who are publicly searchable.

Has the number of available Neighborinos dropped, or did I somehow wind up with more than 100 at some point (I haven't actually counted them yet)?

    You said culled. Hehe.

I had that happen yesterday with 2 people. I closed the game, and cleared it from memory(double tapping home button and swiping up) and reloaded the game and could add the two people who had asked to be my neighbor

Or if you're trying to accept old invites, the other person could now have a full list. I believe the message is the same no matter which person has the full friends list.

Thanks, that did the trick! I DID restart my iThing, with no result.

And Mess911, no, this was a specific message that my list was full, but thanks. And thank everyone else as well, this is a very helpful community!

Yeah I have found that turning off the iPad/pod/phone DOES NOT kill the apps running in the background, which is stupid imo.
