What does it do that makes it special? Any animations? I guess it rotates ;)

Skinner and Selma have a quest there, the top rotates. Kinda of a lame animation, was expecting more for 10 mil...

The glass ring rotates indeed. I like the size and design of this building. The sitN Go, Clausico and Blocko building are EAs best especially when it's free. I guess this makes up for the 250 donuts I wasted on the gold house which I accidentally bought.

Why is this here. Ratman wants you to go to the showcase section.

Lol I don't know. I never go to the other threads...just the general section. The mod can move it if he or she wants.

I'm saving up to $10 million to get the magnifying glass and popsicle stick tower. Then to $15 million for the zirconia. Then $20 million for the sit 'n' rotate. Should have them all in a few months time.

    Everyone's designs look awesome!

So I did a little calculation based off donuts and in game $$. The Sit "N" Go restuarant would cost 1 million donuts if it was sold as a premium item ($41,667 of real money)

The calculation is based off the Springfield Sign at 170 donuts. If I had sold it, I would had only got 25% value of $4250 (or if it was actual in game money, it would be $17,000). Divide that by 100 would be 170 donuts for the Springfield sign.

Just got the Sit N Rotate restuarant built. For those who wonders what it looks like, here it is. IMO, the best Simpson building ever! Worth every $10million :)

Hello. I am jealous. Sadly this belongs in the Springfield Showcase section. I can tell you have been a member of this forum for some time so I know you understand this. Again, I am jealous and happy tapping!

    Good designs

I have enough for it as I have over 12 mil. But it takes up so much space. I might get it later. But I can totally see EA making the next levels building cost 2 million or more after everyone buys this. I hope I'm wrong of course.

Amazing. I never would have imagined it could look in proportion, until I see it grouped with your other large buildings. Maybe I ought to bring all those out of storage and place them in the same area like that. Each building, on its own, always seemed so ludicrous, but now they all make sense.

I don't follow this, but I did a calculation as follows:

    $500,000 in-game cash costs 2,000 donuts.
So $10 million would cost 40,000 donuts.
At $0.04 per donut that would be $1,600 real dollars.

I was basing it off the Springfield sign... Maybe my math is off lol
