Has anyone ever won Frink?? I feel like I remember reading a while ago that it was possible to win him but don't recall anyone actually winning it.. Trying to decide if I should continue holding out hope that I will win him instead of spending some donuts on him.

You need lightning to strike twice to win him.
First you have 1% of a chance to get a Homer Buddah (required).
Then you have another less than 1% chance to get him from the Homer Buddah.
So it is possible from a mystery box. If this scenario happens when you already have him, then you just get 150 donuts instead.
Edit (explanation): The only character in the mystery box is Squeaky Voiced Teen. Moleman, Frink and not sure if there's any others are only possible from a Homer Buddah (which can be won in a mystery box).

No problem, Buddahs is mostly premium decorations (often times items valued at less than 15 donuts - like the green dumpster, bench with jacket, etc) - but you can hit it big with Frink, Moleman and Squeaky Voiced Teen - and I think the Springfield Sign is also a prize. But beware, the 'Mystery Box' is also a prize (10% chance), so if you win that, then you can get more hedges, brown fences, etc.
