major glitch most of game covered in black boxes

    I found that when i closed the game and restarted my phone, the game uploaded without the black boxes.

    Hey, that idea did work. By shutting off my tablet and turning it back on did fix the black box issue. Thanks. Now, I still need EA to fix my issue with Frink and his lab I still haven't received. Who is the right person to contact for this? I have posted my issue 3 times, already.
