Possibly what's even more frustrating than the actual shrinking of an awesome hard won or donut paid building, is the fact that so few people seem to care. As I said on one of the older threads about this, I can't believe the number of you that are okay with this. At this point in the poll, it's hard to tell, not many people have voted. But the 11 or 10 other people that voted "yes I prefer the original dimensions" haven't even commented, the supposedly dissatisfied majority is not really vocal enough to make a dent in EA's thick money-grubbing skull. I have been privately fuming about this for weeks? I've forgotten how long it's been since the change/betrayal took place.
I think it looked better larger, but I'm getting used to it and at least it takes up less space. It would be hard to re-size it back to the original size at this point because I bet a lot of people have buildings or trees right up against it. Would it just go to your inventory if they made it big again and it doesn't fit where you have it?
No, you're not the only one, there were plenty of complaints on here about it a couple weeks ago.
I kind of prefer the new size, though, it now fits better in the spot I have it. I would have been annoyed if that wasn't the case, though.
For those who were able to fit it into place with the new dimensions to the building, it was great for them, for others who designed their towns to suit the size of the original building, it's not very fair, many people now have a huge gap between buildings. I gave up on the game after that too. It wasn't broke, it didn't need fixed
I don't really feel strongly about the size change. I had to move a bunch of things around to make it look right, but I'm in the middle of redesigning anyway so that didn't really bother me. Now, if I had already felt like that design was finalized, I would have definitely been mad about it!
Mildly annoyed at this, WAY more annoyed that the cool brown house payout changed. That goes beyond a redesign challenge and has a direct impact on my (fake virtual money) bottom line!
While I don't necessarily mind a size change, I don't think it should be changed for the people who got it at a certain size. Many tappers spend time and thought designing their spaces, to have dimensions changed - even a little - can be disturbing.
I'm one of the people who store Satan's Anvil - just doesn't fit in my vision. And poo I just got Mt. Carlmore in a spur-of-the-moment donut-special purchase.
I would never have noticed the change in size if people hadn't complained about it. There is now a gap between it and the building next to it but I just moved it over a bit and put a dumpster in. Looks fine. And honestly, there are a lot more important things in my world to be unhappy about.

This.
Edit: for spelling
I think Neuroheart posted one at some stage...

Yeah, it bugs me. I wish it would go back to its proper size.
Thanks! Yeah, that's a big con, isn't it.
