Night lasts one day, the day will be 2 days because it's the weekend. It must be 11am

I'm going to assume he wants at least one discussion day to take place on a weekday. Hence, 3-day "days" on weekends. (I bet that very few people can read the phrase "3-day 'days' on weekends" and nod in understanding.)
