How far past Level 43 are you?

Hard to say. I also really took my foot off the gas in terms of putting people on tasks (which of course, came back to bite me when SNR was released - almost there now!) whereas if I was looking level up would have been grinding a LOT more...

I really have no idea but I would guess I have "gift" leveled up about 50 times, probably more. So that would put me in the 90's

Stopped counting how many times through levels after EA forced my hospital after 4 times through level 41 & 42. Now need to reach 696,396 to "level up".

I think im at 45 now, with 97000 left until im at 46.

I think I would be at around 46...almost to 47.

Does anyone know what happens as you keep going? I mean I know the amount of XP needed for the bonus levels increases each time but does it cap out? And what happens when a level is released and you finish that level? Does the XP required for the bonus levels reset?

I believe you are automatically bumped up. So with this next update, if you've already leveled up through 43, you'll be level 44 with the next update

So... If I'm really close to leveling right now and I buy a few blood mobiles and get 3 donuts, and there's a new level tomorrow will I automatically be leveled up and get another 3? Is that how it works?

No. You'll just level up and get whatever amount of donuts are associated with that level. No bonus box.

I have no idea. I loose count after the first bonus level up. Doesn't really excite me like it used to level up way ahead.
