Trust me you got 1000 reward but the image on the game suggest's you should have got 4000, but like i said if you looked at spAnsers post of images he found in the game files it shows 3 bottles that = 1000 so EA either messed up the image or the payout, i checked before and after earning the prize and it added on 1100 exlier to my total 100 was for completing the quest.

Sorry but your wrong my friend, 1000 would be a lousy reward for 9500 gold, considering it's not easy to get it. 1k would literally buy you 2 walls and a tower.
Finally you're suggesting the spAnser got it 100% correct while ea, a billion dollar company got it wrong. They don't properly test the game for bugs when they release updates but they'd at least check this.

SpAncers image was an old image he even said it might change, so EA probably did change it from 1000 to 4000. All i know is i defiantly got a 1100 payout after that part, so EA did get it wrong it still pays out the old image payout.

Well, for me in particular, whether it is 1k or 4k or anywhere in between, I didn't notice what it was before I got the screen and didn't know it was a problem until I read this thread. So I can't say for sure if I was affected.
I heard back from EA today after emailing yesterday about not receiving the bundle. They credited the 4k elixir bundle to my account and also gave me 5 donuts for my trouble.

I haven't quite unlocked the elixir reward yet, but I'm wondering:
Are the people who aren't getting the elixir the same people who are stalled on the d20 quest? Is there anyone who had one of the bugs but not the other?

I cleared several shields and then the pop-up told me I won the Elixir bundle. At this time my total was about 5900. So definitely not received the 4000... Should I open a ticket too or wait for a general solution by EA?

I've just reached 9500 gold but the reward was surely not 4000 elixirs (not quite sure which was the actual amount, anyway after that I only upgraded a castle with 2400 elixirs and now I have only 400 left, so definitively it cannot be 4000...). I contacted EA through web site and now I'm waiting for an answer (I'm currently on vacation and so I cannot try the chat).
Quick update: within few hours I got EA customer service reply. They actually awarded me with the correct 4k elixirs and I received also 5 donuts for the inconvenience. I must admit that this time EA response was timely and effective
Just had another chat with support. They said the system won't allow them to add the elixir to our accounts manually, but once they fix the issue we will get it. I also got 30 donuts for being patient.

Maybe they really are making an effort to improve customer service. Whatever the case, I'm pleased with this specific experience.
Ok, I just spent almost 45 minutes on a online chat and was given 4000 elixir. The person helping me apoligized a few times about the wait. I WAS NOT given donuts for waiting but at least then gave me what we should have received after accumulating 9500 coins
If your are patient enough and feel entitled to get your elixir, then please contact EA Customer Service and start the chat. The more people complain, the bigger the issue it will be for them to fix I think.

Woke up to 2k from visits, plus clearing my entire town. When the message popped up I had 5k elixir so that doesn't add up
