People have had this issue before. Its like it doesn't save properly. You are doing the right thing about contacting Apple. They can refund you.

    Sure you didn't send him on an indoor task? Sweeping hair or working at th Aztec perhaps?

    Yeah they put him back in the premium section like I never paid for him I sent him to promote burgers came back he gone

    If he's available for purchase then obviously he's not set on a task. If donuts were removed from your account then my understanding is contact iTunes first. Either that or suck it up and get more donuts. At the he's just 30.
