Been having crashing issues since the latest update. The game keeps crashing after I attack towns. Would like to play without having it crashes every 3 minutes.
since the last update (Artie) in both of my Springfield accounts the HARP OF DEATH glitch returned
I installed the update on account 1 - built up the new buildings, started the new tasks. I also leveled up to level 45, everything went fine... So I logged out to go to my other account - made all the new stuff there too without any issues.
BUT when I tried to re-login into both accounts some minutes later, all the new buildings and characters were gone (donuts for the purchases I made where gone too )
So I thougt a logout and new login would fix this issue - but it even got worst: now I'm not able to enter my Springfields because game is stuck at loading screen whith harp noise
I spend a lot of time and mony for the game, so any help or suggestions would be much appreciated

You will need to contact EA Support and let them know you have "Harp of Death." They should be able to restore your game back to a previous day. Just click on the "Customer Support" link at the bottom of this page.
Question: Is there a cap on the number of invaders you can acquire through the current game? I upgraded my two of my castles to increase production by 5 nerds, and I'm still at the same number I was at prior to the upgrade.
Looks like someone at EA screwed up something pretty bad. Everything has been fine for a long time, but when I went to play last night the game just reset. Started with the video of Homer blowing up the plant. I uninstalled and reinstalled the app (on Android) and tried to log in with my Origin ID but then it wouldn't load my level 39 town. All it does is tell me there's a level 1 town on the device. It looks like a few reviews in the Play store and on FB indicate some others have experienced this issue as well. Would really love to get back to playing.
Every time I tap on the Quik-e mart, a message appears, saying something about connectivity issues. As soon add I click "ok" the scratchy ticket purchase page opens. However, I am not able to purchase anything. Help please?
I'm experiencing lag times of upwards of 10 seconds when I try to do a task I open the task list and sit there pressing the button and nothing happens for 5-10 seconds same thing for when I scroll thru the town, it will stop, lag time of seconds then a building will pop up like I'm trying to change the skin, it's quite annoying, anyone else have this issue???? I was chatting with EA support yesterday - the guy there told me it is a "special technical" issue and the problem will be forwarded to special technical support. Now I hope for quick response
I've just updated to iOS 8 and now tsto has trouble loading sometimes when using wifi but not mobile broadband. Pity I get such bad phone reception at home
I'm level 12 and I can log into my Origin account but then when I tap to play it says that my other springfield didn't get saved. I really don't want to start all over again..
I am loosing items purchased with elixir if placed into my inventory. It seems to affect items when the number purchased increases to over 9 i.e. I purchased 12 hay carts and 12 tents, placeD them into my inventory and now I only have 6 hay carts and 7 tents.
The app is trying to download an update but complains about Device Full. The device is far from full. Previous updates indicates that the app is likely trying to find enough free space for all updates to date, not just the new one(s) it wants to download and so is calculating the required amount of free space wrong.
A few days ago a tsto notification appeared saying "if you play today you'll receive two dozen donuts". I've played tha day every day since and every day before that for almost a year and i did not get any donuts.please fix
