I haven't had this problems in TSTO yet, but a few years ago, when my son was 4 or 5, he saw me playing Avengers Alliance on FB and wanted to try it. You saved up gold there to buy special stuff or more energy or stuff like that. So I told him he could do a fight or two for me as I only had enough energy for two or three fights. About 20 or so minutes later, I was in another room and though "He's been playing for a long time now, better see what he is doing". So I go in there and found out that he had spent all the gold buying extra energy so he could keep fighting. I couldn't do nothing but laugh about it. So when I let him mess around on TSTO, I always tell hm not to spend my donuts.
I thought I was being a nice Aunt and letting my 4 year old nephew fiddle around for a minute with my Springfield. Usually he just likes to look around and tell me what looks cool and what could look better (you should see this kid with Legos, he's amazing). Anyways he hands my iPad back to me and to my absolute horror I realize all my stored up Halloween donuts are gone. I ask what happened and he says something popped up and he hit the button. I scramble to figure out what it wAs that he bought (and I have the confirm in app purchases ON) and I find out it was a special deal...so NO SECOND WARNING AFTER HITTING PURCHASE!!! I am so mad. My precious Halloween savings gone.
Now thAt I'm done venting...anyone else ever have this problem? I feel like pulling a homer and chasing my nephew around for a bit. Sigh.

So I get on live chat to see if anything can be done...only to be told that TSTO is not handled by live chat anymore. He then says it is impossible to do what I'm asking here. So I ask what should I do now? And as he is typing a response...BOOM...My power goes out. I couldn't make this up if I tried. And since there's no power...there's no wifi for my ipad so I never got an answer of what to do for my refund. My power is still out and I'm currently siphoning Targets free wifi. I'm assuming that I should just email them with my problem, but with what I've heard about EA's customer service I am also assuming that I won't get a response for a few weeks and Halloween is right around the corner.

If you can get back online to EA's help page, you can request a call back... I am curious as to why live chat doesn't help with TSTO anymore, though... Maybe they are now transitioning to Origin?
I will definitely try to request a call back. I didn't see how to do that on their help page... They just kept wanting me to email them and I just kept hitting a bunch of butting in my rage and I finally got the Live Chat option to come up. I'm going to try again after I take a minute to calm down. What a day. At least my power is back on after 2 hours

Another "glitch" I noticed, if you tapped an item in the event build menu, you didn't mean to you was just trying to scroll through, :roll: so you hit the red 'x' to cancel and it says the items been placed in your inventory. Like it or not you bought it. :evil:
Well, I don't have any children in my life, so not really. (If there were any children around, I don't think I would let them touch my Springfield.)
I must say its not so good, the moment you press the bottem you purchase it, different like with the golden house if you press that you see something else not purchase direct...

Well, TSTO has lost a lot of popularity over the past few months. We were like #13 to #16 in Top Grossing Apps on Google Play for almost a year and then we took a huge plummet. Even now we are only #27 and we were like <#50 maybe even at the worst point.

I don't think they'll do refunds, but they can revert/rewind your game to a few days ago, before the donuts were spent.
