  Icon is changed to Halloween in my App Store but still no update.

  I just checked the store right before this post. I had to manually search for tapped out. New description/icon for Halloween but no option to update

  you can either uninstall app from device and reinstall from app store, or just plug device into iTunes as it is available there

  Bt here is no ios update so far. Unless is guy meant he was downloading it through itunes or reinstalled he isn't telling the truth.

  No IOS Update for me. Germany. Icon in App Store has changed. But no update. :roll:

  Guys... If you delete and reinstall the update is up and running on iOS...
