  I'm with you. Nothing to tap at neighbors. I downloaded the update within an hour of its release. Perhaps some of the folks who have things to tap used donuts to speed things up. Right now, this event is anti-climactic.

  I think a lot of people used donuts. I know theres at least one 8 hour quest you have to complete before the main halloween event starts. I myself used donuts to speed it up.

  It starts after Lisa trick or treats. I am confused on how to get weapons to shoot down ufos.

  Weapons are in gift bags then all you do is tap on the a few time but u have too have the weapon to star with .
