I'm getting fairly close to the hovercopter. Another 1000 or so, but with 3-4 days to go I'm pretty confident.

I've also juust now gotten enough chocolate bars for the grand pumpkin, but I think I'll hold off getting it until I can get the spooky house (*shakes fist at fences*). The crafting stuff is so much harder than the squishing.

As expected I just got the copter. With more than 250 bags stored and 3 remaining days to collect as many as possible.

Got hover copter this morning - second phase of hoarding began two days ago - up around 150 bags hoarded so far.
    congrats but
how did you pull this off?
I am 3000 ray guns away, and I have noticed friends with 6000 - 8000 ray guns and wonder how you guys did that.

I am a free player and play constantly and still need 3000 more( actually more like 2900)

Ditto. I would like to know that too.

I play constantly, and get the 90 from visiting friends everyday, but am still 2,000 away from the copter. I have been really unlucky with missiles though. Only had a couple, and neither were ray guns.

How did I do it so quickly - well to start I have all characters that can possibly do trick or treating (free and premium). I get in three batches of t or t in a day - using a timer to ensure I get them on time. I have two feeder towns that I use to send all of their gremlins to my town and I get full gremalien credit if I drop in these towns. I hoarded for 4-5 days prior to ray guns so started off with 250+ bags to open. With all this I was averaging around 1000 Ray guns a day net.

So basically - a whole lot of obsessive behaviour.

Impressive. I should really set up a couple of feeder towns. Whenever I drop eggs, they seem to get clicked almost instantly.

Almost to Hover copter, I should get it tomorrow then the hording will begin!

Although, I may still open some bags since I can get silver bags every 500 ray guns. Last time I just horded eggs and missiles then bags after a certain point.

I am well on target for the 'copter - at this moment I am about a day ahead.

I will skip the grand pumpkin, but I am seriously worried that I will not get enough broken fences. For me, these are too scarce to make me think I will stand a chance of getting the grand prizes.

My main town (premium, with most of the available kids constantly t'o't-ing) is a day ahead of schedule to have the copter on time, and I stopped opening treat bags a few days ago. I've had decent luck getting building materials out of bags/UFOs but no stack of 30 donuts (waaaaaaaah!). I am not yet hoarding eggs but am sending them to neighbors who are nearly on schedule but might need a little help.

My feeder town (fremium, with only SVT, no pumpkin house or ray gun or nuthin'!) has fallen half a day behind because I'm only playing it once or twice a day. I am also sending eggs from this town to neighboreenos whenever I can!

Right now I have almost 6000, so am going to make it but with less time left than i'd like. If I don't make it then not bothered.

Going to start hoarding bags soon so will be relying on town and friend aliens only.

Had a tiny lead for part 2 and it's been such a grind keeping it up that I want a much bigger head start next time.

Six chocolate bars for Grand Pumpkin... And about 900 Ray guns for the hover copter. Doing well I think. Just hope I can get chocolate bars enough for at least one Rigelian Hut.

I crafted Hugo and a Spooky House but am 90 chocolate bars short for Grand Pumpkin :( I will have to choose between that and the Rigellian Hut as I will never get 390 bars in the last 9 1/2 days!

I'm at 6700 ray guns and have 64 bags hoarded, everything craftable crafted or won. I'm feeling confident, but it was a grind.

850 ray guns 'till copter, freemium player, so I'm good.

also, built Hugo and spooky house, I can build but holding off great pumpkin, because I want to be able to build rigelian queen and hut immediately after they are available.

    good event.

Pretty much ditto and 150+ bags hoarded so far. :)

I have 6,100 ray guns so far and I still have to visit neighbors today. I think I should get the copter sometime tomorrow. I am semi hoarding bags right now. I have 30 bags so far and am only opening enough to complete the trick or treat quest. Once I get the copter I will hoard bags, eggs, and ammo.

I have crafted Hugo, Spooky House, and the Grand Pumpkin. I'm hoping that I can earn enough chocolate bars to build the hut. I think I will be okay for all the other items.

Copter won first thing this morning, 2.5 days ahead of deadline. Will be hoarding bags/eggs/rockets now.

Only reached the last gold bag yesterday so there's no way that I'm going to reach the copter in time.
